The horrible traumas did come with valuable life lessons. Between my own efforts, the random therapists who never stay very long, and the zoloft, I am definitely getting a better life started. I'm far from rehabilitated and being isolated isn't helping but I'm strong, I'm alive. I can do this. Though mostly by myself. I'm a different person. Still changing. I have lots to do.
